KJ’s Coffee Bar in Denver’s City Park Neighborhood
Soon after moving into the established, historical Denver neighborhood of City Park and Whittier, my family discovered KJ’s Coffee Bar on 1710 East 25th Avenue in Denver. Not only does this little coffee shop offer great coffee and breakfast items, it also has its liquor license so it can serve beer and wine at its events.
KJ’s Coffee Bar strives to provide a great family atmosphere with resources for parents and neighborhood groups. It serves as a meeting point for many neighborhood groups and associations. It also supports many local artists by displaying their paintings and sculptures. It serves burritos, muffins, sandwiches and pizza from local food providers. On weekend nights, the shop puts on events, including DJ nights, music performances, and art shows.
