Whittier Denver Homes showcase Denver’s oldest architectural styles, including a mix of popular bungalows, Denver Squares, Victorians, and a number of renovated flat-roofed brick row homes that are often divided into individual townhomes. Whittier also has an unusually large selection of barn-style Colonials that have sought-after large second levels.

Whittier residents enjoy the neighborhood’s direct light rail access and its close proximity to Uptown’s popular shops and restaurants. There are also some great coffee houses in Whittier, including the neighborhood favorite – KJ’s coffee bar.

If you enjoy attending an evening show, or the theater, you will find some of Denver’s best musicians at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom, or at Crossroads Theater on the rail.
