Park Hill Homes
Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood – located in the northeastern part of the city – is bounded by Colorado Blvd. to the west, East Colfax Ave. to the south, Quebec St. to the east, and East 52nd Avenue to the north. This entire area is known as Park Hill, although it is broken into three distinct sections – North Park Hill, South Park Hill and Northeast Park Hill. Some locals even recognize a fourth section of Park Hill – the streets that border Stapleton. All Park Hill Homes have benefited greatly from neighboring Stapleton’s decade of growth and prosperity.
The Park Hill neighborhood is ethnically diverse with its demographic makeup varying greatly by section. Northeast Park Hill is primarily African American, while South Park Hill’s population is primarily Caucasian. The community is known for its strong history of racial integration. It is a good blend of longtime residents and newcomers. It is also known for its strong neighborhood association – the Greater Park Hill Community (GPHC).
