Mayfair, located about five miles east of downtown Denver, is bounded by Colfax Avenue, 6th Avenue, Monaco Blvd and Eudora Street.

Made up of 3,200 households, Mayfair is a charming community characterized by tree-lined streets and large lots. It benefits from the growing popularity of other east Denver neighborhoods, including Park Hill.

While its roots date back to the early 20th century, Mayfair blossomed during World War II because its close proximity to the Lowry Air Force base made it an attractive option for serviceman. Today, the neighborhood prides itself on its diversity. It is governed by a strong community association – the Mayfair Neighborhood Association

Mayfair Real Estate

Mayfair’s ideal location and charm makes it one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the entire Denver housing market. The Mayfair real estate market encompasses a variety of homes, ranging in price from the $100s to the $800s. A variety of architectural styles are showcased in the Mayfair neighborhood, including Tudors, bungalows, and ranches. While some of the homes build during World War II are as small as 800 sq. ft, there are also larger homes on the western side of the neighborhood.

Recreational enthusiasts love Mayfair Park, located at 10th and Jersey, and Lindsley Park that is along Hale Parkway.

Mayfair is a short distance from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, National Jewish Hospital and Rose Medical Center, making it an attractive destination for medical professionals.
