The neighborhood is named after Congress Park, a popular Denver park located at 9th and Elizabeth Street, featuring tennis courts, athletic fields, a children’s playground, a picnic pavilion, and an outdoor swimming pool. Cheesman Park, another popular spot for Denver recreational enthusiasts, is also located nearby.

Congress Park residents have direct access Denver’s far-reaching public transportation system, so points all around the entire Denver metro area are easily accessible.
