I recently received an interesting e-mail entitled, “Buyer Need,” from another Denver real estate agent, which exemplifys the current state of the Denver housing market.

Everywhere you turn this spring, there are signs that the Denver real estate market is making a remarkable rebound. The year-over-year numbers are very encouraging, revealing that the number of Denver home sales has increased dramatically, Denver metro home prices are up, and inventory continues to be very tight.
