It is hard to believe that we are already wrapping up the year and looking to 2011. The past year (2010) has been an interesting one for both the local and national real estate markets. Cherry Creek Shopping Center will unveil “The Ice Palace” this week, a fantastical winter wonderland complete with holiday snow globes and a 30-ft “Ice Palace.”
The grand opening, which will feature the arrival of Santa himself, is slated for Friday, November 12th at 4:30pm in the Grand Court near Neiman Marcus. The first 200 families will receive a voucher for a free photo with Santa, and everyone will enjoy milk and cookies, jugglers, and performers.
